The Madison Health Resource Center is currently providing residents with information and advocacy they need to access a broad range of community resources and services.

The Resource Center services are open and available to anyone living in Madison County.

SERVICES

Senior Meals

This program allows a meal to be delivered to homebound seniors over the age of 60, who qualify.

Transportation Program

Rides will be offered at no cost for health-related needs. Transportation is dependent upon volunteer drivers and availability.

Who can ride?

People without reliable transportation needing a ride for health- related reasons like medical appointments or trips to the pharmacy, grocery store, or senior center are eligible. Persons riding must be able to get in and out of the car unassisted.

How do I schedule a ride?

Rides should be scheduled at least two days in advance by calling the Resource Center at (936) 349-0714.

To set up an appointment or to learn more about the listed services and service provides please call the MHRC at (936) 349-0714. Be prepared to present some form of identification (Social Security card or driver's license). For some services, proof of household income may be required.
